Flutter By Butterfly

I've only just noticed that I haven't posted a recipe in absolutely ages!! I've actually been home for the past week and between seeing friends and getting some work done, I haven't had much chance to bake!!
This however, is my lovely butterfly cake recipe which I always use (especially for my dad, he's a big butterfly cake lover since my mum used to bake them all the time for him before!!)
So.....for this particular recipe you will need:

150g Self Raising Flour
150g Butter
150g Caster Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp Milk

Divide the mixture between 6-8 large cupcake cases and bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean!

I hope you're all having a really lovely weekend so far! I'm off to see my friend Carla from Cute Minute Newt and spend today photographing the ever so beautiful town of Aberystwyth. I will show you all the pics and let you know what we get up to when I get home!!
